Step On Board is a story of Sari Crnobreg and her challenging work as a Site Manager of the multi-cultural cleaning team of 100 people. Sari dedicates her life to the physically and mentally demanding job in the constantly changing environment of a cruiser ship. The cleaning time of 60 minutes pushes the cleaners to the maximum in order to finish the 700 cabins on time. Sari doesnt according to her own words Anymore even see the difference between foreigners and Finns. She just sees the people whom she works with.

Dagne is diagnosed with slowly emerging deafness. The acceptance of the new situation and the need to adapt to new ways of communication, including learning sign language, is not easy for neither of them. Even simple daily things for Dagne becomes complicated, impossible and emotionally hard.
