“Step On Board” is a story of Sari Crnobreg and her challenging work as a Site Manager of the multi-cultural cleaning team of 100 people. Sari dedicates her life to the physically and mentally demanding job in the constantly changing environment of a cruiser ship. The cleaning time of 60 minutes pushes the cleaners to the maximum in order to finish the 700 cabins on time. Sari doesn’t according to her own words “Anymore even see the difference between foreigners and Finns”. She just sees the people whom she works with.
